Job Title: Frontend Developer (React/Next.js/Sevlet.js)

About Us

We are a dynamic startup seeking a talented and enthusiastic Frontend Developer to join our team. We are focused on the next big thing in the ecommerce market, specifically related to clothing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the frontend of our website using React, Next.js, Sevlet.js, or any other JavaScript framework. The choice of the framework is flexible, as long as it can build a stable, speed-optimized, production-level website.

  • Collaborate with the design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces.

  • Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness.

  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in React/Next.js/Sevlet.js or any other JavaScript framework.

  • Proven experience in building and optimizing frontend websites.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • No specific degree or background required – we value skills and passion over formal education.

  • Ideal for college students or women restarting their careers.

  • Ability to take responsibility on your own, as we are a startup, and sometimes decisions have to be made for the good of the company.

Compensation

  • Initial 6 months: 5% equity in the startup.

  • Post 6 months: Competitive salary based on revenue generation.

  • Future: Opportunity for shares, competitive salary, and additional benefits.

We understand the value of your time and skills. While we cannot provide a salary for the initial 6 months, we believe in compensating your hard work through equity. Rest assured, our commitment is to ensure fair compensation, and as soon as we generate revenue, a competitive salary will be provided. We never endorse working for free and prioritize the well-being and success of our team members.
